DID CHRISTIAN REALLY PLANNED ALL OF THIS

If you remember this Smackdown there was an official one on one match between Christian and the great white Sheamus but wasn't possible because before that Christian was choke slammed by the World's Largest athlete the Big Show.
When Sheamus came to the ring referee clearly refused to ring the bell by looking at Christian's condition but after a while Wade Barrett came and said that he will be the substitute of Christian and so the match started. For the whole time Christian was at the ring side holding his chest but suddenly he distracted Sheamus and led Barrett to a victory and as soon as possible Sheamus realized that what happened Christian went in the ring and speared Sheamus and left the frustrated Sheamus in the ring with no option but to except his loss
It looks like that Christian planned to be choke slammed by the Big Show and then spear Sheamus as for the whole time he was looking for the right time to distract Sheamus  like this but can't say any thing.
